I really couldn’t say enough positive things about Alexis – she was prepared and professional at every turn.  And she was patient in spades – helping us to see properties that were probably never going to result in a transaction but that did help us narrow our criteria.  And she really was the key to a successful closing – by orchestrating everyone from us to the mortgage broker/bank and attorneys.

Our experience with Alexis Miller was outstanding, and we were no regular clients. We knew that relocating from the UK would prove challenging, particularly as I only had a window of 48 hours to visit the USA, but we had no idea just how challenging it would be. Alexis could not have been more helpful, professional or reassuring and without her I am convinced we would not be here at all! In the early stages, Alexis was always available and took the trouble to converse with me on the phone, to Skype and Facetime on a regular basis – showing me round properties new to the market as well as advising on the best local schools, restaurants etc. There were several towns which we were considering and so we relied on Alexis’ expert local area knowledge and recommendations. Our criteria were demanding but she found the perfect property, one I would have ignored on paper. The subsequent negotiations were complicated but Alexis was there every step of the way. As were coming from the UK, our move became particularly complicated when it came to securing a mortgage and all the associated legalities. Alexis went well beyond what we would normally expect from a realtor and found great connections with a flexible bank (Clinton Saving) and a thorough Attorney (Wolf Law Office LCC). I had 24 hours when it came to closing, as I was flying back to the UK and everything went exactly to plan. Alexis’s contact and pre-planning had a significant impact on this.  Alexis is not only professional but also incredibly friendly, generous, good humored and patient. We simply could not have succeeded without her.

Alexis Miller made the process of buying my first home super easy. Never having done it before I had a lot of questions and some trepidation, but Alexis walked me through the process from A to Z. She provided me with a checklist and a timeline to help me navigate all of the paperwork and requirements.
Her recommendations for closing attorney, house inspector and mortgage company were all excellent.
Her knowledge of the area was phenomenal.
Each showing was a learning experience as she walked me through the properties, pointing out things I would have not even thought of and alerting me to problems that I wouldn’t have spotted. When I did decide on a house, she walked me through the offer process, & I closed quickly and without any issues.
I would highly recommend Alexis for her knowledge, professionalism, & fantastic demeanor. It was a pleasure working with her and I’m looking forward to doing it again.
